What is a Quinceañera Expo?
If you’re familiar with a Wedding Expo, then you will find a Quinceañera Expo to be much the same. A Quinceañera Celebration is a big deal! Even the budget can often rival that of a wedding. At a Quinceañera Expo a young girl and her family meet and connect with a wide variety of vendors that will be needed for her celebration. From Gown Boutiques, Catering Companies, Photographers, Dj’s to Ice Sculptures, Performers, Decorators and more, there are many vendors needed for this extravagant celebration. At our Quinceañera Expo attendees get to know each vendor and the services they offer. Since there is a great opportunity for personal connection, most vendors have great success at booking clients from the show, whether the day of the show or shortly after.

Why you should consider exhibiting at our Quinceañera Expo?
Once Upon A Time Events has been hosting this expo since 2016 (except 2021,2022 due to COVID-19). The expo has shown immense growth year-over-year. Our 2024 expo saw over 179 families in attendance. The last several years were featured on the front page of the local newspaper. With this being a more niche event, the attendees result in more qualified leads than wedding expos. Often times, this is the only expo that our attendees will attend. This means by exhibiting at a Quinceañera Expo you are already ahead of your competition in the Quinceañera market than those that don’t attend. Furthermore, because a lot of people are somewhat unfamiliar with the Quinceañera market, it is sometimes hard for potential clients to find vendors for their event. By exhibiting at Quinceañera Expo you are automatically expanding your market reach and making it easier for the Quinceañera market to find and reach you.

What if I don't understand the culture?
If you are a wedding vendor then you are more than likely equipped to handle a Quinceañera. There are different traditions and unique services, but for most vendors there are almost no differences from a wedding. Many people worry about language barriers, which often are of no issue as the young Quince Girl almost always speaks English also. In most cases the parents also speak English. We have been providing services to Quinceaneras for over 6 years and have never had a client that didn’t speak some English. It’d also common for many vendors to prefer Quinceañera’s to weddings as they are often more lively and lower-pressure than a wedding event.

Exhibitor FAQ
Each booth contains a 6' table and two chairs. If you purchase electric access, then you will be placed in a booth with access to electricity,
We prefer for each exhibitor to provide any linens and additional items needed for your display.
You may start loading in by 9:00 in the morning.
You must be set up no later than 11:30 or you may forfeit your space. You can always call us in the case of an emergency at 240-440-9134.
Yes, you must stay at your expo booth until the time that the expo is over. Please do not break down early. It looks bad for the attendees and it is not fair to your fellow expo exhibitors who are polite enough to stay until the end of the expo.
Yes you are encouraged to bring your own. If you ask in advance we may be able to provide some for you but it only comes in the colors of black or white. No other colors are provided.
Absolutely not in any circumstance. You may not attach anything to the walls, ceiling or in any other way attach anything to the structure of the venue.
Yes they will be sent out the week of the show.
Yes, and we encourage it.
Yes, each category has a strict limit to ensure the expo success.
No, we do not allow booth sharing. Only one business may exhibit at each booth. If you want to promote a second business, you need to purchase another booth. (Note: Different services provided under one business name ARE allowed.)
